WBM HealthScience enters in a new phase of growth when it signed a definitive Business Transfer Agreement with Avantor Performance Materials India Ltd (Formerly known as RFCL Ltd) to acquire its Medical Science Group with associated assets (excluding debtors), warranty liabilities and "INSPECTA" trademark on April 26, 2013.
